Comfy seat

Great, quality seat. Wife really like the wide pillion. The way the seat is designed the driver ends up with a small backrest. I did a lot of research and am pleased with the purchase.

Mustang seat

Upgraded to a Mustang seat, great comfort. Best upgrade I have done so far. Will last a long time, only get better as I break it in. Decent price, fast shipment, well packed.

Great seat just not for us

I bought this as an anniversary present for my wife. She had always complained about her hiney being asleep or in pain after rides of longer than an hour. I myself did not mind the stock driver seat but I decided to upgrade to this for her sake which meant replacing my seat as well....So here are my review of both passenger and driver's seat.

Passenger.. Wife loved the wide seat.. She said it was very padded when she tested it out and very comfortable. Her only real issue was that she is tall 5 ft 9 and the seat stuck her up about 2 or 3 inches higher than the stock seat. Which she was already looking over my head anyways. In the end she did not feel the added elevation was something she wanted to have. in her words "I would look goofy with my head a ft above yours" So just a note of caution for tall passengers

Drivers seat. .. I am tall myself 6 ft 4.. I have forward controls as well.. This seat just pushed me a bit too far forward for my tastes. I ended up feeling like I was on a bicycle seat. A very comfy one but still a bicycle seat....My height it just pushed me forward too much. NOW the angle of the seat was nice.. Though I was pressed too far forward I found the seat gave me more of a normal cycle seating position. LIke on a regular sport bike. I felt cornering was way more correct and I was able to really maneuver better. But I was just too tall for the seat
